Jadestone Energy Announces Issuance of Stock Options

Singapore, December 19, 2017: Jadestone Energy Inc. (TSXV: JSE) (the “Company”) announces that it has issued 175,000 stock options to Dennis McShane, exercisable for a period of ten years at an exercise price of C$0.45 per share. The stock options were granted in connection with Mr. McShane’s recent appointment as Non-Executive Chairman of the board and in accordance with the terms of the Company’s stock option plan which has been approved by the Company’s shareholders and the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company believes long-term incentives, such as stock options, more closely align the objectives of employees and directors with shareholders, and are an excellent way to ensure the entire organisation remains focussed on generating value for all shareholders.
