(AIM:JSE, TSXV:JSE) (“Jadestone” or the “Company”), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia Pacific region, announces that on 5 September 2018 and 6 September 2018 Livermore Partners LLC of which David Neuhauser, Non-executive Director of Jadestone, is Managing Director, acquired a total of 100,000 Common shares of no par value at an average price of C$0.642 per share, for a total cost of C$64,206.

Following this transaction, Livermore Partners LLC holds 32,183,867 ordinary shares, which represents a total of 6.98% of the Company’s issued share capital.
