Business ethics

Jadestone takes a strong position on ethical matters, with zero tolerance for fraud, bribery and corruption.

Jadestone’s Code of Conduct sets out the standards we expect of our directors, employees, contractors and business partners in their work and in their engagement with our colleagues, customers, suppliers, communities and other stakeholders.

Climate change and business model resilience

Jadestone continues to assess the associated risks and opportunities, chartering a resilient path for its business through the energy transition.

Jadestone continues to implement the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (“TCFD”). Please refer to pages 15-21 of the 2022 Annual Report for more information.

Asset integrity and critical incident management

As an operator of mid-life assets, Jadestone delivers process safety through a holistic approach to asset integrity management that covers plant, process and people improvements.

Jadestone is committed to minimizing process safety risks to as low as reasonably practicable (“ALARP”) levels and operating effective and reliable emergency response and preparedness systems.

To ensure that it is prepared to manage a low probability/ high-consequence major accident event, Jadestone utilises a tiered incident response structure to deal with and manage crises, incidents and disruptions associated with each of the organisation’s risks.
