AIM Rule 26 requires, inter alia, that an AIM company make available the identity and percentage holding of its significant shareholders (defined as any person with a holding of 3% or more in any class of AIM security (excluding treasury shares)).

*All the shareholdings above are based on Jadestone’s shareholder register analysis, dated 31 October 2023. The Fidelity International holding excludes any indirect holding through financial instruments such as CFDs. On 12 June 2023, Fidelity International reported (through a TR-1 notification) a total interest in Jadestone’s voting rights of 11.53%, which included a 9.63% direct holding in Jadestone and a 1.9% holding through financial instruments.
