Appointment of Corporate Broker
8 April 2021—Singapore: Jadestone Energy Inc. (AIM:JSE) (the “Company”), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia Pacific region, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jefferies International Limited (“Jefferies”) as a corporate broker to the Company, with immediate effect. Jefferies will act alongside the Company’s nominated adviser and joint broker, Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited.
