The 2022 Annual Report will be posted to shareholders on 7 June 2023 together with the Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and Form of Proxy. The Company will hold its AGM on 30 June 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of Simmons & Simmons, Citypoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9SS.
