Confirmation of departure date for Chief Financial Officer
27 April 2022 – Singapore: Jadestone Energy plc (AIM:JSE) (the “Company”), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, provides an update on the leaving date for Dan Young, Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”).
As announced on 23 December 2021, Dan Young decided, after more than 20 years overseas, to repatriate with his family back to Australia. He will step down from his position as CFO and as a Director of the Company on 29 April 2022.
The search process for a new CFO is well advanced with the Company expecting to announce a successor in the near-term. In the meantime, Michael Horn, Executive Vice President Corporate and Business Development, has been appointed Interim CFO.
