Notice of Financial Results for the Quarter Ending March 31, 2018, Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and Conference Call

Singapore, May 16, 2018: Jadestone Energy Inc. (TSXV:JSE) (the “Company”) will announce its condensed consolidated interim financial statements (unaudited) for the quarter ended March 31, 2018, on Wednesday, May 30, 2018.

The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, May 31, 2018.  A formal notice of the meeting, information circular, and form of proxy have been sent to shareholders.

The management team will host an investor and analyst conference call at 9:00 p.m. (Singapore), 2:00 p.m. (London), and 9:00 a.m. (Toronto) on Thursday, May 31, 2018, including a question and answer session.
