Results of Annual General Meeting
30 June 2022 – Singapore: Jadestone Energy plc (the “Company”), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company held on 30 June 2022 all of the resolutions set out in the Company’s Notice of AGM dated 6 June 2022 were duly passed on a poll with the results as stated below.
